Stephen Gradney is a healthcare and real estate professional with experience in hospice services, residential care, and mortgage funding. He earned his degree from the University of Southern California and has held administrative and operational roles across Southern California.
Since 2016, Mr. Gradney has served as CEO of Santa Ana Hospice in Los Alamitos, California, where he oversees operations, staffing, and service coordination. He also works with industry organizations, including the California Association for Health Services at Home, the California Hospice & Palliative Care Association, and the National Association for Home Care & Hospice.
Mr. Gradney is also a licensee and administrator of Senior Manor Care, Inc., managing residential care facilities for older adults. In addition, he is the broker and CEO of First Nations Funding, a company he has led since 2001, overseeing lending operations. His professional affiliations include the California Association of Realtors, the Department of Real Estate, and the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System.
